Common questions
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard is currently free and includes expert listing creation, Summimarket Pay, and a 7-day auction. Premium adds reserve price protection, featured placement, a 9-day auction, and Make a Deal negotiations if your reserve isn't met.
What if my item doesn't sell?
With Premium, if your reserve isn't met, we open a Deal so you can negotiate directly with the highest bidder. With Standard, we'll reach out to discuss next steps.
How do I get paid?
All auctions use Summimarket Pay. The buyer pays through our platform and funds are released to you after shipping is confirmed.
How long does approval take?
24-48 hours. We review every submission to maintain quality.
I'm outside the US. Can I submit a listing?
Not yet. We don't have the regulatory infrastructure to support international sellers properly. We'll update this when that changes.
